Arthur Ashe Kids Day offers something for everyone. There were opportunities to watch tennis pros practice; attend concerts with pop and R&B stars such as Carly Rae Jepsen and Mindless Behavior; and tennis clinics for the little ones. The video also shows that kids and adults alike stood ready to get autographs from their favorite players.

Arthur Ashe Kids Day also celebrates the writing and artistic skills of young people connected to the National Junior Tennis and Learning network founded by Arthur Ashe. Former New York City Mayor David Dinkins was on hand to help celebrate the winners of the Arthur Ashe Essay and Art Contest. Mayor Dinkins also spoke about the genesis of the Arthur Ashe Kids Day and What's The 411 TV's Andrew Rosario captured it all.

Arthur Ashe was born on July 10, 1943, in Richmond, Virginia and is remembered for his excellence as a tennis player as well as his efforts to further social causes. He remains the only African-American player ever to win the men's singles title at Wimbledon, the Australian Open or the US Open. His legacy continues to have a positive effect on our society.

What’s The 411TV announced its list of 25 Most Interesting People of 2015, and the 21-time tennis grand slam winner, Serena Williams, along with five other sports figures made the cut.

The list of 25 leads with a tie between singer, songwriter, actor, and social activist Harry Belafonte; and social relevant photographer Steven Somerstein, who documented the 1965 Selma to Montgomery Civil Rights March. Serena Williams sits at No. 2.

The legendary tennis player won the first three tennis majors in 2015 and lost in the U.S. Open semifinals, thereby missing a calendar-year Grand Slam. Serena Williams, the world’s number one female tennis player, has 26 consecutive wins in majors.

With a spectacular career that has spanned more than 20-years, Williams took tennis lovers and aficionados on an incredible ride this past year, and we're still rooting for her.

Los Angeles Clippers Head Coach Glenn Anton "Doc" Rivers comes in at No. 6 on the list because he's a sage that helped to keep the NBA intact in a moment of serious crisis.

At No. 7 is Brooklyn Nets Head Coach Lionel Hollins; he made the list for the second time. We have learned a lot more about Coach Hollins in the past year: he's a straight-shooter, instructive, and he manages the New York media.

Golden State Warriors guard and NBA MVP Stephen Curry made the list at No. 8 because, as a fierce competitor, he understands his limitations and has developed strategies to overcome them; a lesson for us all.

Los Angeles Lakers small forward Metta World Peace is No. 13; he, too, is a fierce competitor and when he's in your presence, there's never a dull moment.

At No. 14 is New York Liberty forward Swintayla Marie “Swin” Cash; she has parlayed her prolific scoring and rebounding skills into a studio analyst gig for select New York Knicks games.

In the Honorable Mention category are former NBA player and Klay Thompson’s dad, Mychal Thompson; and Brooklyn Nets rookie small forward, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson. Although Golden State Warriors shooting guard Klay Thompson is an NBA All-Star, the elder Thompson still has no problem giving his son fatherly advice. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson is currently sidelined with a broken ankle, but he is a selfless millennial who, along with his brother, bought his mother a house as soon as he signed his NBA contract.

What's The 411TV's 25 Most Interesting People of 2015 is an eclectic list of people interviewed by What's The 411TV reporters primarily as exclusives, but this year, we included a couple of group press conferences attended by our reporters. Most are expecting that Serena Williams will add another grand slam to her tally. However, it will be without going through Maria Sharapova, as the Russian tennis star pulled out of the US OPEN because of a thigh injury. Some are saying Maria Sharapova did not want to face Serena Williams.

Serena Williams is the first woman to win consecutive Cincinnati Masters

Tennis legend Serena Williams won her 69th title overall and her 5th title this year at the 2015 Cincinnati Masters, also known as the Western & Southern Open, a tournament played on hard courts.

Serena Williams beat a formidable opponent in Simona Halep, 6-3, 7-6. Halep is the leader this year on hard courts with 32 wins. Serena is the first woman to win the Cincinnati Masters in two consecutive years. The prize money is $2.4 million.

Both Serena Williams and Roger Federer were defending champions on the women's and men's side respectively, and both repeated their championship wins.

The 2015 Western & Southern OPEN is part of the ATP World Tour Masters 1000 of the 2015 ATP World Tour and of the WTA Premier 5 tournaments of the 2015 WTA Tour, as well as a 2015 US Open Series event.

VIDEO Discussion: Ronda Rousey Best Female Athlete...The ESPY Awards were even more incredulous than usual

Joel McHale hosted the awards program and was ridiculous in a bad way. I couldn't stand to watch it after a thoughtless and stupid opening saying that the worst person in the world is named and he proceeds to make a hybrid of all the worst murderers, dictators and despots and added Ray Rice's name at the end.

Racist, ignorant and disrespectful, as unfortunately we've become used to seeing blacks regardless of stature or history, if there's an opportunity to trash them, certain whites will all too often use us as a punching bag.

The ESPYS are always a joke, but Ronda Rousey over Serena Williams is downright comical.

VIDEO Conversation: DL Hughley Objects to Caitlyn Jenner Receiving ESPY Arthur Ashe Courage Award and Media Calling Serena Williams Masculine

Comedian DL Hughley put the ESPY’s on blast regarding Caitlyn Jenner receiving the ESPY Arthur Ashe Courage Award and for the way the media is treating Serena Williams. Hughley Told TMZ:

“I think that it’s named after Arthur Ashe.

Arthur Ashe from Richmond, Virginia, a symbol of courage. He fought [a] segregated south, a very segregated profession, he fought AIDS with dignity and honor, and Caitlyn Jenner put on a dress. I don’t think it’s the same thing.”

“In the last month, we had the media telling us that Caitlyn Jenner was beautiful and that Serena Williams looks like a man,” Hughley said. “That was a little weird to me. The man looks like a woman, but the woman looks like a man. That’s ridiculous. Serena Williams is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen on a tennis court, and Bruce Jenner looks like every P.E. teacher I ever had.”

When asked by TMZ if Caitlyn Jenner looked beautiful, Hughley quipped, “In a, like, ‘Mrs. Doubtfire’ way.”

Serena Williams wins 21st Major with win over Garbine Muguruza

Serena Williams defeated Spaniard Garbine Muguruza in straight sets 6-4, 6-4, to win the 2015 Wimbledon Ladies Singles Championships.

Williams completed the “Serena Slam” by winning four straight majors for the second time. This is Serena’s 6th Wimbledon win and her 21st grand slam. If Serena wins the US OPEN, she would become the first player since Steffi Graf in 1988 to complete a calendar-year grand slam.

The “Old Gray Lady” Obviously Can’t See that Serena Williams is a Woman

Ben Rothenberg, a New York Times writer, wrote an article last Thursday, just before the Wimbledon Championships Finals on Saturday, discussing female tennis players’ body types. The essence of the article points to their body image being a balancing act. In addition, Rothenberg goes on to say that Serena's body is not the epitome of feminine beauty but one of masculinity. He goes on to contrast Serena’s body with that of skinny white girls like Maria Sharapova and Agnieszka Radwanska (who resemble 13-year-old boys).

Radwanska purposely doesn't want to look fit or muscular because "I'm a girl." And Sharapova had the nerve to say she wants to be skinnier, which is a joke because she's barely visible now.

What's critical, from my perspective, is the timing of the article.

I believe some people will try anything to throw Serena off her game so that she does not win the 2015 Wimbledon title. And, more importantly, I believe it is to taint the immeasurable success that Serena Williams would enjoy after her imminent and historic victory.
